واشنطن تضيف أربع مجموعات إلى قائمة الإرهاب.

The U.S. Department of State has issued a statement adding four groups linked to the “Antifa” movement to the list of foreign terrorist organizations. This step comes as part of the efforts of President Donald Trump’s administration to confront what it described as the “growing threat of far-left extremist violence” inside and outside the United States.

The ministry stated that these groups are involved in acts of violence and bombings aimed at undermining the stability of Western countries and weakening the pillars of Western civilization.

Among the organizations included in this classification, the “Revolutionary Class Self-Defense” group stands out. It is an anti-capitalist anarchist group active in Greece, and has claimed responsibility for bomb attacks targeting the headquarters of the Greek Ministry of Labor and the offices of one of the largest railway transport companies.

The Trump administration affirmed its determination to continue tracking and dismantling “Antifa” networks around the world, and preventing them from accessing the American financial system.

According to this new classification, strict penalties will be imposed on anyone who provides financial or logistical support to these groups, and they will be prohibited from dealing with any American entity.
