
Putin explained, “Outside the borders of Russia, new organizations and various types of pseudo-national centers are being formed and established, which are in reality just a weapon in the information war against us.”
The Russian President also drew attention to the increasing prevalence of the so-called “decolonization of Russia” in foreign discourse, stressing that this term is used as a cover for objectives aimed at dismantling the Russian state and inflicting a strategic defeat on it.
During the same meeting, Putin stressed that instigating elements from abroad are making strenuous efforts to undermine the unity of the Russian people, emphasizing the importance of countering provocations and attempts to sow discord among members of Russian society.
