
He added: “A man of vision and reconstruction, whose mark cannot be erased. He rebuilt what the wars had destroyed, with faith, determination, and hope, opening before the Lebanese a path towards a nation built with science and work, not with corruption and the power of weapons. They assassinated him because they feared his project, because they realized that a state of law and real institutions would overthrow their corrupt system. But they did not understand that ideas cannot be assassinated, and that men are martyred for nations to live.”
He continued in his post, saying: “The body is gone, but the message remains. And today, I carry this sacred trust, with all its weight, difficulty, and danger, to complete the path that my father began: the path of restoring the state, regaining sovereignty, and building a free and independent Lebanon.”
Then Al-Hariri added: “We will not bow before those who assassinated the dream, and we will not be silent before those who destroyed the nation.”
He concluded his tweet by saying: “We will continue, with unwavering faith and unrelenting determination, until Lebanon returns as Rafik Hariri dreamed of it, a homeland of dignity, science, and life.”
