وأفادت الصحيفة بأن الجيش الإسرائيلي أعلن أن الجيش اللبناني ينشط في مناطق متعددة بتوجيهات مؤثرة من الولايات المتحدة، التي تراقب تجاوزات “حزب الله”، لكن الأخير قام بتأسيس بؤر نفوذ داخل الجيش اللبناني نفسه، مما يعيق قدرة الجيش على تنفيذ مهامه بكفاءة.
ونقلت “معاريف” عن مصدر عسكري إسرائيلي تصريحه بأن “حزب الله يسعى إلى إعادة بناء قدراته العسكرية ويعمل على الحصول على أسلحة جديدة وإدخالها إلى جنوب لبنان”، لافتاً إلى أن إسرائيل ترى أن الحزب يواجه حاليًا صعوبة في تنفيذ أي اعتداء عليها نظراً لانشغاله بإعادة تنظيم صفوفه.
وأردفت الصحيفة قائلة إن الجيش الإسرائيلي يتخذ كافة الاحتياطات ويستمر في المراقبة الدقيقة لتطبيق اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار. وأوضحت أن المؤسسة الأمنية الإسرائيلية ترى أن تحرك الجيش اللبناني في الجنوب يؤثر على الوضع في قطاع غزة، إذ يعكس – وفقًا للصحيفة – رغبة إسرائيل في تطبيق “النموذج اللبناني” في القطاع.
The newspaper reported that the Israeli army announced that the Lebanese army is active in multiple areas under the effective guidance of the United States, which is monitoring Hezbollah’s violations, but the latter has established pockets of influence within the Lebanese army itself, which hinders the army’s ability to carry out its tasks efficiently.
“Maariv” quoted an Israeli military source as saying that “Hezbollah is seeking to rebuild its military capabilities and is working to obtain new weapons and bring them into southern Lebanon,” noting that Israel believes that the party is currently facing difficulty in carrying out any attacks against it due to its preoccupation with reorganizing its ranks.
The newspaper added that the Israeli army is taking all precautions and continues to closely monitor the implementation of the ceasefire agreement. It explained that the Israeli security establishment believes that the Lebanese army’s movement in the south affects the situation in the Gaza Strip, as it reflects – according to the newspaper – Israel’s desire to apply the “Lebanese model” in the Strip.
