In a post on the “X” platform, the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, stated: “In the context of his continuous efforts to sow discord and tear apart the unity of the peoples of the region, the Zionist enemy has resorted to weaving and implementing various schemes, but all of them have collapsed in the face of the awareness and vigilance of the peoples.”
Amani added: “What is being promoted of various descriptions and labels, Muslim and Christian, Persian and Arab, Shiite and Sunni, even Arab and non-Arab Shiite, are nothing but tools to feed division and ignite strife.”
In conclusion of his post, he affirmed: “Today, there are only two teams with no third: those who resist the Zionist entity, and those who support it. As for the rest of the labels, they are merely masks that serve the purposes of division, and are entirely consistent with the evil schemes of this criminal entity.”
