أوكرانيا تخلي بلدات قرب "كوبيانسك" بسبب الهجمات الروسية

The Ukrainian authorities ordered the evacuation of dozens of towns near the destroyed city of Kobyansk, yesterday, Tuesday, and attributed this to the deteriorating security situation in the region that is subject to Russian attacks.

Oleh Sinyhopov, governor of the Kharkiv region, wrote on the Telegram application that the authorities asked 409 families, including 601 children, to leave 27 towns.

Another official in the affected area later said that the list of areas from which it was decided to evacuate residents had increased to 40 areas.

Russian forces have been advancing for months towards the city of Kobyansk, which Moscow views as a major target in its westward advance through central and eastern Ukraine in the war that has been ongoing for more than three and a half years.

Russian forces captured the city in the first weeks of the attack on Ukraine in February 2022, but Ukrainian forces recaptured it later that year.
